Mavic Aksium road bike wheels boast the advantage of robustness, and are ideal for beginners and for training. They are structured on solid S6000 aluminium alloy rims and feature straight steel spokes for added strength. The spokes are radially laced at the front to improve lateral rigidity and handling. The rims are also designed to accommodate tyres up to 32mm wide. The result is greater comfort on rough roads, as well as optimised performance and lower rolling resistance.
