I bought these road bike mudguards for my mountain bike because I wanted discreet and effective mudguards, so I cut them down to shorten them; then once installed by modifying the attachments I attached them very close to the tire with string passed under the rim and then by heating them (gently and moderately) with a heat gun, I got the ideal curve and after cooling by removing the string, I have unique, discreet, pretty and always effective mudguards. Easy to install, they are effective even in heavy rain in urban use or on all-terrain in muddy conditions. (Translated review)
