Shimano Ultegra FD-R8000 11-speed front derailleur (to be brazed) – FDR8000F

Shimano ’s Ultegra FD-R8000-F front derailleur is designed to offer fast, precise and exceptionally smooth chainring changes to discerning cyclists. Directly inspired by the technologies developed for the Dura-Ace groupset, it features an optimised design that reduces lever effort whilst improving the quality of gear changes.

This braze-on version is intended for frames fitted with a specific mounting bracket. Its new compact articulated-arm mechanism and integrated cable tensioner make adjustment considerably easier compared to previous generations. Compatible with Shimano 2x11-speed road drivetrains, it works perfectly with the Ultegra R8000 groupsets and other compatible 11-speed Shimano components.

Designed for modern road bikes, the FD-R8000-F also offers greater clearance for disc-brake frames and wider tyres. Its lightweight design, weighing just 92 grams, helps maintain a high-performance bike without compromising on stiffness or reliability.
