Exceptionally effective for the morning meal or for feeding between two efforts on the same day, Overstims Gatosport is the most reliable basis for starting an event with the certainty of the best performance. High power available, 1/3 to 1/2 of Gatosport and nothing else is enough to create the optimum energy conditions for an intense effort. Very low digestive effort so as not to draw on the reserves already built up and to allow late use (the start can be made less than an hour after absorption). Easy to prepare and use, Gatosport is easy to consume and helps to compensate for falls in blood sugar levels due to stress. Significant sleep gain: Gatosport can be taken late in the day (up to 1 hour before the start of exercise).

Preparation: Pour the contents of the gluten-free Gatosport tin, add 1/4 litre of water, mix well and pour into a 25 cm diameter dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at TH.6/7 (180/200°C). Gluten-free Gatosport can be prepared up to 3 days before use and stored in cling film. Unused portions can be frozen after cooking (never refreeze a thawed product).

For information: The list of ingredients in Gatosport Gluten Free Lactose Free mentions the allergen milk. This is justified by the presence of milk proteins (caseins). However, these proteins do not contain lactose, which is the milk sugar. Gatosport Gluten Free Lactose Free can therefore be consumed by sportspeople who are lactose intolerant.
