A cake that can be prepared very quickly for immediate energy. It is often a concern to eat early in the morning for a race or when your race has two stages (morning and afternoon). With this cake, the solution is obvious. You can eat it up to 1 hour before the start. It gives you the energy you need to cope with a fast start in the first hour. What if you don't eat the whole cake? You can freeze it and eat it later.
Recommended use: One serving (1/3 of the cake) for breakfast or up to 1 hour before exercise.
Quick preparation: 6'30 in the microwave or 25' in the oven
Chocolate ingredients: Sucrose, flour mixture (wheat flour, wheat gluten, bean flour, malted wheat flour, yeast, enzymes, antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), low-fat cocoa powder (16%), fructose, whole egg powder, chocolate chips 8% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), vegetable fat (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabiliser (potassium phosphate)), skimmed milk powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, minerals (trimagnesium dicitrate, zinc sulphate, sodium selenate), vitamins (B3, B6, B1, B2).
Contains wheat, milk, soya and egg.
