What is "MLS"?
The Saddle Month offer?
It's very simple: if you purchase a saddle between 3 and 30 June 2024 and, after trying it out several times, you are not satisfied with it, you have 10 days from receipt of the package to return it. We will then exchange it for a credit note so you can choose a more suitable model.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are covered by Materiel-velo.com. If you wish to return your saddle, simply contact us via the contact form in the "After-Sales Service" section to request a return slip with prepaid shipping. All you have to do is put your saddle in your letterbox and let the postman do the rest!|>
What are the terms and conditions of the MLS?
This offer is valid on all saddles in our catalogue, purchased between 3 and 30 June 2024, with a limit of one saddle return per customer. The exchange for a credit note is only valid if the saddle is returned undamaged and in a clean condition, in its original packaging. After assessment by our customer service team, there are three possible outcomes:
- Condition as expected, 100% refund: saddle rails not marked, leather intact and product returned in its original packaging.
- Slightly damaged condition, 70% refund: rail marked or leather creased or returned without original packaging.
- Damaged condition, not accepted: saddle has been dropped during testing or shell is scratched, broken or rails are badly damaged or leather is torn or ripped.
