226ERS Recovery Drink with Creapure Creatine 300g

226ERS ’s Creapure Creatine is a powdered dietary supplement based on creatine monohydrate, the form of creatine that has been the subject of the greatest number of scientific studies in terms of efficacy, absorption and bioavailability. According to the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), other forms of creatine (citrate, serum, ethyl ester, buffered forms, nitrate) have not been shown to result in higher creatine levels than creatine monohydrate.

A daily intake of 3 g of creatine has a beneficial effect on physical performance during successive sets of short, high-intensity exercises. When combined with resistance training carried out at least three times a week at an intensity of 65 to 75 per cent of the maximum repetition load, it helps to increase the training load over time.
