1. The programme applies to the trade-in of all Lazer cycling helmets less than 3 years old (from the date of purchase).
2. The return will be processed upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt) or a production code.
3. The helmet must show visible damage following a fall or impact.
4. The retailer undertakes to destroy the helmet returned by the consumer.
5. The retailer will send a photo of the damaged helmet, together with the receipt for the purchased helmet, to Shimano France at the email address contact-france@shimano-eu.com with the subject line: ‘ Lazer crash’.
6. Shimano France will then issue a credit note to the shop.
