The Kask Valegro is the helmet that won the Tour de France with Christopher Froome. Very light (180g in size S) and aerodynamic, it is likely to become the new benchmark for the peloton.

The Kask Valegro cycling helmet was developed in a wind tunnel by Italian engineers. The aim was to optimise the aerodynamics-to-ventilation ratio. It therefore features 37 vents to keep the cyclist’s head perfectly cool, and an aerodynamic design to help you gain precious seconds during your races. The helmet fits perfectly thanks to the Octo Fit system, which was already featured on the Protone.

In terms of comfort, the Valegro helmet is fitted with 3D Dry antibacterial and antistatic foam padding. The pads can rotate up to 180° for a perfect fit on your head, whilst the easily accessible adjustment dial and leather chin strap also contribute to overall comfort.

The I-Mold construction results in a helmet that is both lightweight and highly impact-resistant. The Kask Valegro helmet is a more ventilated and lighter version of the Kask Protone. If you liked the Protone, you’ll love the Valegro!

I just replaced my Valegro with a new Valegro. Lightweight ventilated helmet, comfortable and forgettable. The adjustment allows for wearing a mid-season cap or Belgian cap in winter. Very good product (Translated review)
