The BMC Speedmachine Team-380 Red flat cockpit handlebars are designed for triathletes seeking a more aggressive, performance-oriented position than that offered by the standard flat handlebars. It optimises aerodynamics by moving the riding position forward whilst maintaining a stable base for support on aerobars.

Its design alters the geometry of the cockpit with an extended reach and a lowered stack, promoting a lower, more stretched-out position. The slightly raised angle of the grips also improves control during braking manoeuvres, whilst maintaining ergonomics suited to long-distance triathlon.
