DT Swiss Ratchet EXP 54-tooth freewheel body

This DT Swiss Ratchet EXP 54-tooth kit is the ideal solution to boost the performance of your Ratchet EXP-compatible hubs (180, 240…). It directly replaces the original ratchets (18 or 36 teeth) with ultra-precise 54-tooth rings, reducing the engagement angle. This ensures immediate power transfer via an almost instantaneous connection between the crankset and the wheel.

This complete kit includes two ratchet rings (fixed and moving), a specific EXP cylindrical spring, dedicated DT Swiss grease and associated parts. Installation is quick and easy, and the Ratchet EXP system will therefore provide greater stiffness, reduced weight and improved durability for your freewheel system.
