Park Tool RC-1 Green Press Fit Retention Compound

Park Tool RC-1 retaining compound is specially designed to securely hold non-threaded parts such as Press Fit bottom brackets, sealed bearings and other press-fit assemblies. Its high-performance formula fills micro-gaps between surfaces and ensures long-lasting hold, even under stress.

Comparable to Loctite 680, RC-1 ensures maximum adhesion and prevents any unwanted play or creaking, for a quiet and precise fit.

It is essential for carbon frames and components, provided that the Park Tool AP-1 primer pen is used beforehand, ensuring optimal compatibility and protection of composite materials.

Warning: not recommended for titanium threads.
