Lazer ’s Crash Replacement Programme:

The role of your helmet is to protect your head in the event of a fall. Unfortunately, there are times when the helmet has to take the hit to fulfil this role. Lazer is pleased to offer you a 50 per cent discount on a new replacement helmet, so that you can get back on the road as soon as you feel ready. Any Lazer helmet purchased within the three years prior to the damage caused by a fall is covered by Lazer ’s Crash Replacement Programme.

1. The programme applies to the trade-in of all Lazer cycling helmets less than 3 years old (from the date of purchase).
2. The return will be processed upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt) or production code.
3. The helmet must show visible damage following a fall or impact.
4. The retailer undertakes to destroy the helmet returned by the consumer.
5. The retailer shall send a photograph of the damaged helmet, together with the invoice for the purchased helmet, to Shimano France at the email address contact-france@shimano-eu.com with the subject line: ‘ Lazer crash’.
6. Shimano France will then issue a credit note to the shop.

30-day free trial programme:

Lazer is confident in the quality of its products. That is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in the form of a credit note or exchange at 100% if your first choice does not meet your expectations. Terms and conditions: if you are not satisfied with the helmet you have purchased, you must return the product to us in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase, stating ‘30-day refund programme’. Upon receipt and after we have assessed the condition of the helmet, a credit note will be issued to your customer account and can be used across the entire materiel-velo.com. website. Please note: any postage costs incurred when purchasing or returning the product are at your own expense. Maximum of 3 returns per person. Modified or damaged products (for example, following a fall) are excluded from this offer.
