First, clean the chain well even the new ones that are sticky with factory grease, then I dip the chain in melted wax using an old rice cooker that heats quickly and automatically keeps warm (very handy). Shake the chain a bit for 2 to 3 minutes always submerged, take it out and drain for a few minutes but not too much because you have to force the links by hand before reassembly, the result on the bike is quite impressive, the chain is then completely silent. However, no instructions on the packet!!! (Translated review)

After a meticulous cleaning of the chain to avoid any contamination, immerse the chain for at least 10 minutes in melted wax in a water bath between 65°C and 75°C. Before taking it out, it should be stirred a bit while still submerged. The chain is then completely silent, it's really impressive! The only downside: no instructions on the packet...
