The Shimano 105 FD-R7100-F front derailleur represents the new generation of 12-speed mechanical road drivetrains. Developed to complement the Shimano 105 R7100 groupset, it offers smoother, lighter and more precise chainring shifts than previous generations, whilst maintaining the reliability for which the 105 range is renowned. Its braze-on design is intended for frames fitted with a specific integrated mount.

Thanks to its Toggle Link technology, directly derived from the high-end Shimano groupsets, the FD-R7100-F reduces the effort required to shift between chainrings whilst improving adjustment precision. Its integrated cable tensioner simplifies installation and allows for fine-tuning of the cable tension to ensure consistent gear changes in all conditions.

Compatible with Shimano 2x12-speed road drivetrains and 12-speed HG chains, this derailleur is designed to work with chainrings ranging from 50 to 52 teeth and a total capacity of 16 teeth. Its optimised design also ensures excellent compatibility with modern frames fitted with disc brakes.
