Following an order of a set of 10 spokes that was supposed to include the nuts according to the Mavic reference. I reported to Matériel Vélo the absence of the nuts, they alerted the Mavic service to report the anomaly. As a commercial gesture, Mavic sent them a bag of nuts, which they then forwarded to me. I thank Matériel Vélo and Mavic for their professionalism and respective skills.
