The Sram XX AXS Eagle groupset, manufactured by Sram, incorporates a host of new features offering smoother gear changes and unbeatable impact resistance!
This groupset is offered here with a Quarq power meter crankset accurate to +/- 1.5% and perfectly discreet; integrated into the bottom bracket, it will go unnoticed on your bike.
The major innovation in this new groupset concerns the rear derailleur, which is capable of disengaging to absorb shocks in the event of a fall or side impact. Furthermore, this derailleur is fitted using Direct Mount technology without a derailleur hanger; with this innovation, you can say goodbye to broken derailleurs and/or derailleur hangers.
To control your gears, you’ll benefit from the new POD AXS Controller Ultimate, which is more discreet and lighter, and you’ll be able to position it on the right or left of your handlebars.
This new drivetrain is fitted with a Flat Top chain that improves the precision and smoothness of gear changes. This chain is also more durable, allowing you to change gears whilst pedalling at full power. This superior strength is also beneficial for electric mountain bikes, which place greater strain on the drivetrain. The Sram XX AXS Eagle groupset is the version fitted with a crankset featuring carbon cranks and equipped with a derailleur guard. The ideal drivetrain for optimising weight and precision on your XC Down Country, Enduro/all-mountain or e-MTB.
Finally, when it comes to the cassette and crankset, you’ll benefit from a wide gear range, with a 32-tooth chainring and a 10-52-tooth cassette, ensuring you find the right cadence on trails where gradients change unpredictably!
Please note that this drivetrain is only compatible with MTB frames featuring a Sram UDH derailleur mount.
