With this SRAM DUB Road bottom bracket, it is possible to equip a frame with a BBright 46x79 bottom bracket with a Sram Wide (wider) crankset. The spacers create space for the bottom bracket axle and thus widen the chain line. This allows the AXS electronic front derailleur to be moved outwards, enabling the fitting of wider tyres, for example for gravel use. DUB technology offers the perfect compromise between large-diameter bearings and axle stiffness.
