Northwave Celsius XC Arctic GTX Gore-Tex winter MTB shoes

This pair of shoes is designed for mountain biking during the winter season, when conditions can be extremely challenging due to low temperatures and inclement weather. The advantage of this model is that it provides suitable footwear that offers effective, long-lasting protection without the need for bulky overshoes. The Northwave Celsius XC Arctic GTX combine comfort and performance.

The outsole, known as Jaws Carbon Reinforced, has a stiffness rating of 8.0 and offers excellent power transfer to the pedal. The natural rubber heel ensures good grip on any surface. The fastening system features two SLW2 dials with a step-by-step release mechanism, allowing for quick and intuitive, millimetre-precise adjustment of the shoe. The new ankle collar, called Easyfit Climaflex, combines the extreme flexibility of Gore-Tex’s Rattler membrane with the high thermal insulation of neoprene, for greater mobility and protection.

The Arctic 4Layer insole is thermoformed and offers excellent support from the toe to the heel, along with remarkable thermal insulation. Whichever colour you choose, the shoes feature reflective inserts for 360-degree visibility, which is always vital in bad weather for added safety.
