Magura MT8 Pro MTB disc brake, 1-finger HC lever

The new Magura MT8 Pro brake has been designed to deliver the same performance as the top-of-the-range, ultra-lightweight MT8 SL model, at an attractive price. Featuring an aluminium HC single-finger lever, it is slightly heavier but also more affordable, so that all mountain bikers keen to experience Magura’s braking performance can enjoy it on their bikes.

The Carbotecture SL brake lever is paired with the HC single-finger lever to keep the MT8 Pro lightweight. Carbotecture SL is a lightweight and extremely durable composite material, thanks to its carbon fibre reinforcement. The HC single-finger lever offers highly appreciated ergonomics and ensures intuitive and smooth control of braking power.

The monobloc forged aluminium 2-piston brake caliper of the MT8 Pro ensures an elegant design and finish. This manufacturing process also allows the brake caliper to offer increased rigidity for superior braking power. This makes the MT8 Pro one of the most powerful and best-modulated brakes in its class.
