Veloflex Corsa Race 25 road bike tyre

Veloflex’s new Race range comprises tyres specifically designed for performance and therefore competition. A range designed to tackle the toughest races with confidence and to support riders during crucial competitions.

The Corsa Race tyre features a 350 TPI Corespun casing, a lightweight and flexible casing that adapts perfectly to all road surfaces whilst offering low rolling resistance. The Corsa Race’s tread is composed of a clever blend of silica (SiO₂) and natural rubber, providing perfect grip on tarmac and optimised rolling resistance.

This tyre incorporates Sidewall Protection System (SPS) technology, an innovative feature that ensures safe fitting, particularly on carbon rims. The ‘grainy’ design on the tread has been taken from the famous Service Course tyre (which, incidentally, has disappeared from the new Veloflex catalogue). Effective puncture protection is also included.

All Veloflex tyres, including the Race version, are designed using the same artisanal process employed for making tubular tyres; they are handmade in the Italian workshop.
