The Shimano XT FC-M8120-B2 crankset is the double chainring version of this crankset for Boost standard bikes (12x148 mm rear wheel axle). Featuring forged hollow cranks for optimal power transfer while keeping weight down, you'll enjoy a lighter, more aesthetic direct mount chainring system that boosts the performance of this crankset.While the cranks are the same as on the single chainring crankset model, the difference lies in the large chainring, which is attached directly and onto which the small chainring is then screwed. This component therefore offers you the possibility of starting with a 2x12-speed drivetrain and then switching to 1x12-speed by fitting a chainring designed for the 1x12-speed drivetrain.
