Shimano ’s new FC-RX600-1 crankset combines light weight with efficiency for rides on mixed terrain. The 40T chainring option meets the specific demands of gravel riding, allowing for closer gear ratios to maintain a good pedalling rhythm. The RX600 is available with a 40-tooth chainring and cranks measuring 170, 172.5 and 175 mm in length.
Shimano ’s GRX groupset stands out with its Gravel-specific components: Gravel ergonomics, optimised shifting options, reliability, and a quiet, stable drivetrain.
Shimano states that this is not a reworked version of its road components, but rather a groupset specifically adapted to the demands of gravel cycling.
