Riding with a perfectly aligned derailleur hanger ensures optimal gear shifting. This component prevents direct damage to the frame in the event of a fall. It acts as a fuse and may bend or, in extreme cases, break. The solution to restore precise shifting is to replace this part. It takes just 5 minutes and involves tightening a single screw.
