The Rotor Qrings inner road bike chainring for Aldhu and new-generation Shimano cranksets (R series...) is designed to optimise pedalling performance. Thanks to its oval shape, it requires less muscular effort in the dead centre zone. In the power zone where your leg is in its optimal position, this chainring offers greater power potential by engaging more teeth. Internal Qrings are available in 34, 36, 39, 42 and 44 teeth.
