The Rotor Qrings inner road bike chainring for Aldhu and new-generation Shimano cranksets (R series...) is designed to optimise pedalling performance. Thanks to its oval shape, it requires less muscular effort in the dead centre zone. In the power zone where your leg is in its optimal position, this chainring offers greater power potential by engaging more teeth. Internal Qrings are available in 34, 36, 39, 42 and 44 teeth.

Rotor recommendations for performance optimisation:
50-34 / 52-36 / 53-39 / 54-44 or 42 / 55-44 or 42 / 56-44

Technical specifications:

- Position: Internal
- Tooth counts: 34 / 36 / 39 / 42 / 44
- Centre distance: 110 mm
- Compatible only with Aldhu cranksets and new-generation Shimano 4-arm R-series cranksets
- Colour: Black
- Brand: Rotor

Smoother pedaling with the oval chainring, great gear but the adjustment of the front derailleur is a bit delicate (Translated review)

Easy to mount, and had no difficulty adjusting the derailleur. However, I didn't notice the difference with a round chainring. (Translated review)
