Spécialités TA X110 internal chainrings are compatible with all Shimano 4-spoke 105 5800 and R7000, Ultegra 6800 and R8000 and Dura Ace 9000 and R9100 11-speed road cranksets.
Shimano only offers the following chainring torques: 50x34, 52x36 and 53x39. If you want to change a chainring such as the 34 for a 36, you cannot change the original torques. The only solution is to fit adaptable chainrings such as the TA X110 Speciality chainrings. In this case, you need to change the 2 chainrings to ensure excellent chain flow between the 2 chainrings, even if you only want to change the teeth on one chainring. In short, don't mix a Shimano chainring with an adaptable chainring, as this can lead to chain jumping in certain situations.
