The Shimano Tiagra ST-4703 road bike shifters feature the same design as the higher-end models for which the Japanese brand is renowned. On this Tiagra version, gear shifting has been improved, delivering crisp and precise gear changes. The internal cable routing proves to be smooth in use.

In terms of ergonomics, there is a noticeable improvement over the previous version. The levers offer enhanced ergonomics with slimmer, more compact shifters.
