I bought this product on the advice of my speed. I do not regret following them. As a fan of Overs'tim products, I rate both products equally, although there is a slight advantage for Apurna for its price.

Tested following a recommendation from a sports dietitian, indeed effective after EPI sessions on the home trainer or for back-to-back 2 or 3-day cycling events. The lemon flavor is good and the texture is normal for this kind of product (there are much worse, pure protein).

Tested after difficult bike rides and in the evening after skiing, legs feel good the next day. Too bad it's not very pleasant to drink because of the taste and texture.
