Our opinion: Change the hardness of your footwear and removal according to your preference.The hardness you select depends on your usage profile: - hardness 12: standard (cycle touring, competitive cycling, racing)- hardness 16: firmer engagement, harder release (competitor, sprinter)
- hardness 20: very firm engagement, release requiring a perfect and powerful movement (track, sprinter)

Changing them is very simple.

Sold in pairs with axles and rear stops, only compatible with Look Keo Blade2 CARBON (CR or titanium axle), not compatible with Look Keo2max Blade
