Rotor Qrings Aero Q110O large oval road bike chainring, 110 mm centre distance, 5 arms

How does it work? Q-Rings reduce the detrimental effect of the dead centre thanks to their oval shape. The chainring is at its lowest point when the dead centre is reached, allowing you to pass through it with less force, more quickly and more smoothly. As soon as the pedal passes the dead centre, the height of the Q-Ring increases, providing the greatest leverage at the moment when your muscles can deliver maximum power.Oval chainrings already tried to make their way onto the market a few years ago and were widely criticised, but don't be fooled: the Rotor concept is the exact opposite of its oval predecessors. While the old oval chainrings offered maximum leverage at dead centre (this concept was supposed to provide greater pedalling consistency but only increased muscle stress), Q-Rings are "intelligent" and ergonomically designed for the muscles: they respect the body's power variations; the more power you can deliver, the more the Q-Rings allow you to do so. The results have already convinced many cyclists: more natural pedalling, less fatigue at the end of the race, less muscle trauma. Try them for yourself...lt;br />
