Waist: Measure the natural circumference of your waist, which corresponds to the natural curve of your body, i.e. the hollow between your hips and ribs.
Hips: The measurement of the fullest part of the pelvis.
Inseam: The measurement from the sole of the foot to the crotch.
Height: The measurement from the soles of the feet to the top of the head.

Assos cycling clothing size guide: so you don't make a mistake
Be sure to select the right size for your Assos clothing. If it is too large or too small, it could restrict your movement and reduce your performance, or even cause pain. In addition, if the garment does not fit properly, its lifespan may be reduced due to excessive friction or because the seams are stretched (when the garment is too small).p>
A size that fits your body shape will also ensure optimal protection against the elements. Cold, rain and wind should not be able to get under your jacket or jersey, as this will quickly become uncomfortable and even debilitating.
