In force from 28 April 2026 — Materiel-velo.com, 671 rue de la Farnière, 69400 Gleizé
ARTICLE 1 — Purpose of the Ambassador Programme
The Materiel-velo.com Ambassador Programme (hereinafter "the Programme") is designed to reward members of the Materiel-velo.com community who actively engage on behalf of the brand, in particular through promotional activities, content sharing and contributions to the cycling community.
The Programme enables its members to accumulate points by completing actions defined by Materiel-velo.com, and to exchange those points for rewards (discount vouchers or gifts) in accordance with the terms described herein.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the rights and obligations of members within the framework of the Programme. Acceptance of these T&Cs is mandatory in order to join the Programme.
The Programme is managed with the support of the Loyoly platform (https://www.loyoly.io/), the technical service provider of Materiel-velo.com.
ARTICLE 2 — Scope of validity
The Programme is accessible and valid solely on the website https://www.materiel-velo.com/ and via the dedicated Programme interface accessible from that site.
The benefits associated with the Programme may not be combined with other discounts, promotions or ongoing commercial offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Materiel-velo.com reserves the right to modify the scope of the Programme, the missions on offer, the points scales, the tiers and the available rewards at any time, subject to notifying members in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 11.
ARTICLE 3 — Membership conditions
Membership of the Programme is open to any adult natural person (aged 18 or over) acting in a personal capacity, with no geographical restriction.
Membership is free of charge and takes place exclusively via the website https://www.materiel-velo.com/, through the dedicated Programme interface. It requires the prior creation of a customer account at https://www.materiel-velo.com/authentification.
To join, members must provide their surname, first name and email address as mandatory information. Membership will only be confirmed once all mandatory information is complete and usable.
By joining, members accept these T&Cs in full and without reservation. Any change to the personal data provided must be notified without delay via the contact form or by updating the information in the "My Account" area.
Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination, with cancellation of all accumulated points (see Article 9).
ARTICLE 4 — Missions and allocation of points
4.1 General principle
Within the Ambassador Programme, points are awarded exclusively in return for completing missions defined by Materiel-velo.com. No points are awarded automatically for purchases made on the site.
The nature of the available missions, as well as the number of points associated with each, can be consulted at any time via the Programme interface at https://www.materiel-velo.com/. This information is subject to change without requiring any amendment to these T&Cs.
4.2 Mission categories
By way of illustration and without limitation, missions may cover the following categories:
- Social media: following an account, publishing content (posts, stories, reels), sharing posts, tagging friends, leaving comments.
- Reviews and ratings: posting a review on Google, Trustpilot, Facebook or directly on the Materiel-velo.com website.
- User-generated content (UGC): submitting photos or videos featuring products or experiences related to cycling.
- Community engagement: taking part in surveys, quizzes, prize draws, newsletters or other activations offered by Materiel-velo.com.
- Referrals: as defined under the terms set out in Article 6.
The full and up-to-date list of available missions and their corresponding points is accessible via the dedicated Programme interface.
4.3 Mission validation
Each completed mission is verified by Materiel-velo.com or its service provider before any points are awarded. This verification may be manual or automated depending on the nature of the mission and the moderation policies in force.
Points are credited to the member's account within an indicative period of 7 working days from the verifiable completion of the mission. This timeframe is indicative and may be extended in the event of a high volume of requests or a need for in-depth verification.
Materiel-velo.com reserves the right to refuse to award points for any mission deemed not to comply with these T&Cs, the rules of the relevant platform, or the quality standards defined by Materiel-velo.com, without being required to give reasons for its decision.
The member will be notified of the approval or rejection of their mission via a notification in the Programme interface or by email.
4.4 Mission compliance rules
To be eligible for the award of points, every mission must meet the following conditions:
- Published content must be authentic, personal and genuine. Any misleading, fabricated or content unrelated to a real experience is excluded.
- Reviews posted on third-party platforms (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) must reflect an authentic experience of Materiel-velo.com and comply with those platforms' terms and conditions.
- Content must not be defamatory, offensive, contrary to public decency or liable to infringe the rights of third parties.
- Members are solely responsible for complying with the rules of third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.) when carrying out missions. Materiel-velo.com shall not be held liable for any sanctions or account suspensions imposed by those platforms.
4.5 Validity period of points
Accumulated points are valid until 30 June of the current year. This expiry date will take effect from 2027. Any points not used by that date will be automatically removed from the member's account, with no possibility of appeal.
Members can view their points balance and associated expiry dates at any time in the "My Account" area of the site.
ARTICLE 5 — Tiers and benefits
The Ambassador Programme comprises four tiers, reached according to the number of points accumulated by the member over a rolling 12-month period. The tiers and their associated benefits are as follows:
Espoir (from 2,500 points in 12 months):
- 200-point bonus upon reaching this tier.
- Points multiplier: x1.25 applied to subsequent missions.
Grimpeur (from 8,000 points in 12 months):
- 800-point bonus upon reaching this tier.
- Points multiplier: x1.5 applied to subsequent missions.
Sprinteur (from 20,000 points in 12 months):
- 2,000-point bonus upon reaching this tier.
- Points multiplier: x1.75 applied to subsequent missions.
Leader (from 50,000 points in 12 months):
- 5,000-point bonus upon reaching this tier.
- Points multiplier: x2 applied to subsequent missions.
Tiers are automatically reassessed based on the points balance accumulated over the last 12 rolling months. A member may move up or down a tier depending on the level of their activity. In the event of a tier downgrade, the benefits associated with the previous tier are suspended until that tier is regained.
Materiel-velo.com reserves the right to modify the tier thresholds and associated benefits under the conditions set out in Article 11.
ARTICLE 6 — Rewards
6.1 Nature of rewards
Accumulated points may be exchanged for two categories of rewards:
- Discount vouchers redeemable on https://www.materiel-velo.com/, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each voucher (minimum order value, expiry date, any exclusions).
- Gifts and experiences selected by Materiel-velo.com, which may include in particular: services (bike fitting, bicycle servicing), entries to sporting events (sportives, races), access to exclusive events (team car at a cycling event, etc.), or any other benefit defined by Materiel-velo.com.
The list of available rewards and the points required to obtain them are accessible via the Programme interface. These rewards are subject to change without notice depending on availability.
6.2 Redemption terms
To exchange points for a reward, the member must have the required points balance and click "Redeem" in the Programme interface.
Every reward redeemed with points is converted into a single-use promotional code, automatically generated and visible directly in the member's basket on https://www.materiel-velo.com/. This promotional code is valid for 90 days from the date of redemption.
To benefit from their reward, the member must make a purchase on https://www.materiel-velo.com/ within this 90-day period and apply the promotional code when confirming their basket. Once this period has elapsed, the promotional code is automatically deactivated and the reward is permanently forfeited, with no possibility of a refund in points or any other form of compensation.
It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the promotional code has been correctly applied before completing their order. Materiel-velo.com shall not be held liable for a failure to apply the code, or for an order placed without entering the code within the allotted timeframe.
Rewards and promotional codes are personal and non-transferable. They may not be assigned, sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party.
Materiel-velo.com cannot be held liable for the inability to provide a reward that becomes unavailable after the redemption request. In such a case, a reward of equivalent value will be offered to the member.
6.3 Cancellation of points
Points obtained fraudulently or in breach of these T&Cs will be cancelled and debited from the member's account in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.
ARTICLE 7 — Referral programme
Programme members have the option of referring friends and contacts via a personal referral link or code available in the Programme interface.
The referring member offers their referred friend a £5 discount voucher (inclusive of VAT) valid on any first order of a minimum value of £50 (inclusive of VAT) on https://www.materiel-velo.com/.
In return, the referring member receives a £5 discount voucher (inclusive of VAT) credited to their account, within 35 days of the referred friend's first confirmed order, provided that no product from that order has been returned within that period.
Referrals are limited to one referred person per referral link. Self-referral and referring an account belonging to the same natural or legal person are prohibited, as is publishing the referral link on public sites such as group-buying platforms, social media, etc. Any abuse will be dealt with in accordance with Article 9.
Vouchers arising from the referral programme cannot be converted into points and may not be combined with other promotional offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
ARTICLE 8 — User-generated content (UGC)
8.1 Member's responsibility
Any content submitted by the member in the context of a UGC mission (photo, video, text) must be original, owned by the member, and must not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, image rights, registered trademarks, etc.).
The member warrants to Materiel-velo.com that they hold all necessary rights over the submitted content and that it contains no unlawful, defamatory or indecent material.
8.2 Licence of rights
By submitting UGC content within the framework of the Programme, the member grants Materiel-velo.com, free of charge, on a non-exclusive and worldwide basis, the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt and exploit that content across all media, including in particular:
- The website https://www.materiel-velo.com/ and its derivative formats.
- Materiel-velo.com's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- All digital or print communications of Materiel-velo.com.
This licence is granted for the legal duration of copyright protection. Materiel-velo.com undertakes to credit the member's profile or username whenever the content is used, unless the member requests otherwise.
After a period of 2 years, the member may at any time request the removal of UGC content they have submitted, via the contact form, provided that the content has not already been incorporated into printed materials or campaigns currently in distribution.

9.2 Applicable measures
In the event of suspected fraud or abuse, Materiel-velo.com reserves the right to:
- Temporarily suspend the member's account pending investigation.

- Permanently terminate the member's account without notice or compensation.
- Refuse any new membership of the Programme by the member concerned.
- Take any appropriate legal action in the event of proven harm.
Materiel-velo.com shall not be required to give detailed reasons for its decisions in the event of proven or suspected fraud.
ARTICLE 10 — Termination and account closure
10.1 Termination at the member's initiative
The member may withdraw from the Programme at any time from their "My Account" area or by contacting the customer service team via the contact form. Withdrawal results in the immediate and permanent loss of all accumulated points, with no compensation.

During this notice period, members are invited to use their available points. Upon expiry of the notice period, any unused points are permanently forfeited.
ARTICLE 11 — Amendments to the T&Cs
Materiel-velo.com reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time, in particular to adapt the Programme to changes in its offering, applicable regulations or technical conditions.
Any material amendment will be communicated to members directly via the Programme interface, with immediate effect.
Continued participation in the Programme following the entry into force of updated T&Cs constitutes acceptance thereof. Should a member disagree, they may withdraw from the Programme under the conditions set out in Article 10.1.
