In order to best meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order to return a product that is NEW, unused and unwashed that does not suit you. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Shipping costs
In the event of a credit note or refund: the shipping costs to Materiel-velo.com are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a defective item being returned: the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to Materiel-velo.com for products with a purchase price of less than £100. The shipping costs for the new product are payable by Materiel-velo.com (subject to coverage under the manufacturer's warranty and in mainland France only). Full or partial refund of an order
If you return all the products in your order, the total amount of your order will be refunded or compensated in the form of a credit note. If you return part of your order, only the returned products will be refunded or compensated in the form of a credit note.
How do I return a product?
Before returning any items, you must complete the form available in your customer account: find all the return terms and conditions.
Please check the condition of the products!
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) in new condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and your bank details (RIB) if the order was paid by cheque.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted, with no exceptions. Products returned without a copy of the invoice (and bank details) or after the withdrawal period will not be accepted. Refunds by bank transfer or credit card will be made within 15 days to the bank account of the customer (same name, same address) who placed the order.|>
