- Provenance check, guarantee against counterfeiting (invoices and expert reports for all components).
- Professional cleaning. Degreasing of the transmission, cleaning of components and polishing of the frame.
- Complete overhaul (disassembly and inspection of all parts) of the bike by our experts in our workshops.
- Chain, handlebar tape, brake pads/pads, new tyres and safety components checked. Free initial service within 15 days of purchase.
SIGNS OF WEAR OR DEFECTS?
Signs of wear
Our experts check each bike for imperfections and note anything that exceeds normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is a consequence of bike use, age and mileage. On a used bike, signs of wear and tear are normal and are not mentioned in the advertisement. The items below are considered signs of wear and tear and are not photographed:
- Fine scratches less than 10 mm
- Impacts or chips less than 5 mm in length
- Washing marks
- Slight discolouration
- Worn areas less than 20 mm in length
Imperfections
Our experts identify all imperfections that go beyond normal wear and tear. We present each imperfection in the detailed photo gallery, in complete transparency.

STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE POSTING ONLINE
1. We select each of our bikes with the utmost care to ensure they meet our quality standards. Before accepting a bike, our workshop experts carry out an extremely thorough inspection. We do not accept bikes in poor condition.
2. The bike is then subjected to a thorough technical inspection covering more than 100 checkpoints. Our experts identify and repair any faults. Visual imperfections are noted and reported.
3. Following this check, the bike is reconditioned in accordance with our quality label. A complete service is carried out with the systematic replacement of the chain, handlebar tape, brake pads/pads and tyres. The bike is then professionally cleaned in our workshops.
4. Once reconditioned, the bike is then handed over to our photographers. All imperfections are photographed and noted in the product description.
