As part of its expansion, the Materiel-velo.com store in Andrezieux-Bouthéon near Saint-Etienne is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bicycle sales technician.
DUTIES:
- Assemble, prepare, maintain, service and repair all types of bicycles.
- Ensure the quality of workshop services.
- Manage the workshop schedule.
- Participate in sales and provide advice during busy periods in the shop.
PROFILE:
- Versatile, organised and independent, you have a keen sense of customer service.
- Cycling experience (mountain biking or road cycling) is highly recommended.
- Ideally, you will have successful experience working in a bicycle shop specialising in high-end equipment.

Permanent contract
The IT department at our head office in Gleizé (69) is looking for an IT technician to join the team on a full-time permanent contract.One day of remote working is offered on Thursdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT equipment management (workstations, networks, printers, etc.)
- Workstation maintenance (backups, deployment, migration)
- User support
- Diagnosis and resolution of infrastructure incidents.
- Ticketing: creation, tracking and closure of tickets related to IT tasks
- Documentation/wiki: creation of new documentation/procedures, updates to existing documentation
- Participation in IT tasks assigned to different departments of the company as needed
PROFILE:
- 2-3 years of higher education or equivalent in the field
- 0 to 2 years of experience required.
