VAR Digital Bicycle Scale – 40 kg – DV-71700

The VAR DV-71700 digital scale is designed to accurately weigh bicycles, frames and components up to 40 kg. Compact and easy to use, it is a practical tool for both bicycle workshops and individuals wishing to check the weight of their equipment precisely.

With an accuracy of ±10 g and a display in 10 g increments, this scale provides a detailed weight measurement. Its high-contrast blue backlit LCD screen makes it easy to read, even in poor lighting conditions.

The VAR DV-71700 also features a tare function, which is particularly useful for automatically deducting the weight of the suspension hook or any other item used during weighing. It also offers conversion between several units: grams, kilograms, ounces and pounds.

A compact and versatile bike scale

The VAR 40 kg digital bike scale can be hung from a hook thanks to its vinyl-coated suspension system. Its strap also allows it to be fitted into the clamp of a bike repair stand, providing a practical solution for weighing a bike directly at the workstation.

With a maximum capacity of 40 kg, it is suitable for weighing many types of bicycles and cycling equipment. In particular, it can be used during the assembly, maintenance or preparation of a bicycle to determine its exact weight.

For regular use in a workshop, the automatic shut-off feature helps to preserve battery life. The scale runs on two AAA alkaline batteries, which are not supplied.
