Mavic Ksyrium Thermo Vest 2027 cycling windbreaker

The Ksyrium Thermo Vest is a lightweight vest designed by Mavic for road rides in autumn and spring, when fluctuating temperatures call for an extra layer that’s easy to put on or take off whilst out riding. Designed for cyclists who go on regular rides in cool weather, it’s also ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities.

Its key technology is Polartec Alpha insulation, originally developed for intense winter activities such as cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering and trail running. It combines warmth, packability and extreme breathability, without making you feel overheated as the intensity of your effort increases. This insulation is paired with an extremely lightweight, stretchy, windproof and water-repellent fabric, providing effective protection from the elements without sacrificing freedom of movement.

Highly versatile, this gilet packs down easily into a jersey pocket, allowing you to wear it over a long-sleeved jersey on autumn or spring outings, stow it away as soon as temperatures rise, or to carry it as an extra insulating layer under a jacket on the coldest winter days. It is also suitable for other outdoor activities: mountain biking, bikepacking, cross-country skiing, ski touring or hiking.
