6d Recovery Shake is a recovery drink designed to optimise the post-exercise phase. Thanks to its balance of carbohydrates and proteins, it helps to replenish energy reserves while supporting muscle recovery after intense exercise.

Its formula enriched with whey protein and electrolytes helps to boost the body's energy levels. Easy to prepare and pleasant to consume, it is perfect after your training sessions or competitions for a fast and complete recovery.

Directions for use :

Mix 85 g of powder (= 2 scoops) with 250 ml of water. Drink 250-500 ml, preferably within 30 minutes of intense training or competition.
