Instructions for use: 

Checking the chain: Insert points 1 and 2 into the chain with the pins facing downwards. Lift the chain between points 1 and 2 to create tension. Press point 3 into the chain. Read the wear indicator: < 0.5% – Chain in good condition, 0.5% – Replace 11/12/13-speed chains, 0.75% – Replace 7/8/9/10-speed chains.

Disc check: Select the notch suitable for your disc. If the disc fits into the brand-specific notch, it must be replaced. If in doubt, always check the minimum thickness indicated on the disc.
