Met Trenta 3K Carbon 2026 Road Cycling Helmet

Developed in collaboration with world champion Tadej Pogacar and the riders of UAE Team Emirates, this new Met Trenta 3K Carbon has already proven its worth, having shone in the world’s biggest races, including the Tour de France. Compared to the previous version, this helmet offers a 16% improvement in ventilation, making it the most ventilated helmet ever designed. Refined in the Tube, Met’s in-house wind tunnel, the New Trenta 3K Carbon features 24 vents with optimised internal airflow.

This helmet is built on a 3K Airframe carbon structure that eliminates the EPS from the inner shell. This creates a continuous internal air channel from the front intake to the rear exhaust, ensuring a constant airflow at both low and high speeds. Thanks to a new construction that delivers a 40% improvement in linear and rotational impact tests, it achieves a 5-star rating in the Virginia Tech test, the world’s most recognised independent assessment protocol.

Regarded as one of the safest helmets on the market with its full polycarbonate shell, this Met Trenta 3K Carbon features the MIPS Air Node, an ultra-light rotational system for advanced protection.
