Lazer ’s Crash Replacement Programme:

The role of your helmet is to protect your head in the event of a fall. Unfortunately, there are times when the helmet has to take the hit to fulfil this role. Lazer is pleased to offer you a 50 per cent discount on a new replacement helmet, so that you can get back on the road as soon as you feel ready. Any Lazer helmet purchased within the three years prior to the damage caused by a fall is covered by Lazer ’s Crash Replacement Programme.

1. The programme applies to the trade-in of all Lazer cycling helmets less than 3 years old (from the date of purchase).
2. The return will be processed upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt) or a production code.
3. The helmet must show visible damage following a fall or impact.
4. The retailer undertakes to destroy the helmet returned by the consumer.
5. The retailer will send a photograph of the damaged helmet, along with the receipt for the purchased helmet, to Shimano France at the email address contact-france@shimano-eu.com with the subject line: ‘ Lazer crash’.
6. Shimano France will then issue a credit note to the shop.
