Cycling in all its forms
Whether tackling bumpy roads, cobblestones, dirt tracks or gravel paths, you need sturdy, reliable wheels like these Mavic Allroad SL Discs. Lightweight and responsive, this pair is designed to give you a smooth and fast riding experience. Made from Maxtal aluminium alloy, these wheels offer a good strength-to-weight ratio. The 25 mm wide UST Tubeless rim without a rim flange improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and the risk of punctures. These rims can be fitted with tyres ranging from 30mm to 64mm.
The Instant Drive 360 freehub system offers excellent smoothness, whilst the QRM Auto cartridge bearings promise perfect rotation with zero play. The patented Aero spokes serve to improve ride quality for a dynamic and high-performance experience on your bike. With Fore technology, these wheels offer lateral stiffness and vertical compliance for better stability on all terrains and in all conditions. Finally, these wheels feature a Black Shield treatment, which protects the rim for greater resistance to impacts and scratches.

Superb wheels, top design. Comfort and quality of the bearings! Happy cyclist (Translated review)
In aluminum, Mavic is a reference. Very good aluminum rims. (Translated review)
I tested the wheels on the reception between Vercors/Baronnies and Ventoux (6400 d+ and 380 km) over 4 days and I confirm the previous reviews. Excellent! The tires purchased at the same time are also excellent; Hutchinson Caracal 35 mm. Same for Shimano center lock brakes. A very nice pair of wheels! (Translated review)
These wheels are really great, mounted with Hutchinson Allroad tires (the new ones, in 35) on a cyclocross frame (Kinesis crosslight pro 6) transformed into gravel with more performance than comfort/travel. It really sends it on the surrounding trails where I break my reference times. However, be careful, I had the basic allroad (which I kept with wider and more grippy tires for muddy conditions) but the switch to quick release is more complicated on this model. Besides the conversion kits, you need to change the axle (available on this site, reference V2373401), which is quite doable with a bit of gear (especially circlip pliers) and concentration (you can find tutorials on YouTube, especially on the channel of a bike mechanic from Alpilles who maintains the Mavic freewheel, which helps a lot). Reliable and solid wheels that I have been using on my mountain bike for several years in SLS version, no need for tubeless rim tape and exceptional sealing! Only downside, the announced weight is not accurate, they weigh 1750 grams and not 1620..... (Translated review)
Very satisfied after 6 weeks of use Bought to replace Velomann wheels for my Bianchi Impulso pro Mounted with a tube for now You can feel there is a better performance. (lightness and comfort) Not disappointed, I have had crossmax on my MTB for 3 years, this confirms the seriousness of the brand this will guide me for my next wheels for my Aero bike (Translated review)
I bought these wheels after a lot of research, and for they are the best aluminum wheels, lightweight, fast, comfortable, I no longer have leg pain compared to my old wheels from my Nakamura gravel.. No regrets, plus they were on sale. The only small downside is that the announced weight is slightly heavier, about 100 grams... (Translated review)
Wheels purchased to replace the original ones of my Giant Revolt 2 gravel carbon. Top delivery and fast with tracking by the 'material-bike' teams. Very attractive price for the pair. 700 lightweight wheels around 1650g. Conforming to the details of the site for my first purchase. Mounted tubeless and fitted with Shimano RT-CL800 discs, the bike has a different look. Future use: gravel, bikepacking. Need to test them over time and see the quality of Mavic. (Translated review)
Fast and careful shipping from 'Matériel Vélo'. Superior quality rims, in my opinion. Bought to replace my old Mavic Ksyrium Elite Allroad (the ancestor of today's allroads). Used for 'bike commuting' and cycle touring before using them for 'all-terrain' and... never a problem: no play, the spokes don't move, no squeaking, no water infiltration (dismantled for maintenance - everything is perfect!!). So I bought new rims from the same range because I am completely satisfied with the first pair which is +/- 8 years old to date. (Translated review)
Hello, I bought these wheels to improve my Genesis Croix de fer 10. The 12x142 to 9x135 adapters make it very easy to make these wheels compatible with my frame. Thank you MAVIC. I have Hutchinson Touareg tires that I converted to tubeless, but I admit I had a hard time getting the two beads of the tire onto these wheels (lack of technique perhaps). The result on the ground is stunning, immediate response from the pedal stroke; it's amazing, the inertia of the wheels is top-notch as well. I highly recommend because in aluminum, these are top-notch wheels. (Translated review)
