Shimano 105 ST-R7170 Di2 12-speed road bike left-hand lever with BR-R7170 caliper

A minor revolution at Shimano with its 105 groupset, which has moved away from mechanical cable shifting to go electric with the Di2 concept. Shimano has taken the opportunity to improve the finish and ergonomics of the shifters. The sleeker design enhances comfort and improves access to the various functions, including braking and gear changes.

Gear changes are extremely quick and effortless; simply press one of the buttons located inside the brake lever. Battery life varies depending on usage, lasting between 3 and 4 years.

The BR7170 front disc brake caliper ensures powerful and quiet braking, regardless of weather conditions. The piston mechanism allows for rapid return and additional clearance between the disc and the brake pads.
