The Sram XX T-Type Quarq crankset is equipped with a power meter integrated into the Sram DUB bottom bracket. Compared to the previous generation, this crankset is lighter and stiffer, which in practice means better power transfer so you can optimise your performance on the trails.Available in three crank lengths, you can choose the one that best suits your body type, with a choice of 165, 170 or 175 mm. This crankset comes with a 32-tooth chainring as standard, but depending on your level, you can fit it with a 32- or 36-tooth chainring.
The Sram Quarq power meter, with an accuracy of +/- 3%, will allow you to train effectively and/or better manage your long efforts.Power in watts is a key indicator for visualising your level of progress, unlike heart rate, which varies depending on fatigue.
