The Poc Otocon Race Mips helmet is part of the trend towards lightweight full-face helmets, with a highly ventilated chinstrap that can be used for both enduro and downhill riding. Weighing in at just 710g, it's clearly one of the lightweights in the sector. Yet this helmet is packed with technology. It incorporates Mips technology, a twICEme NFC identification chip for communicating your data to healthcare professionals, and a RECCO system to help emergency services locate you.

In terms of construction, it features a highly durable bi-material lining. The lower part of the helmet has been injection-moulded for extra strength. The cheek pads are easily removed to maximise ventilation, just like on an enduro transition.
