The Shimano DEORE XT M8130 LINKGLIDE rear derailleur is compatible with an 11-speed cassette and a large sprocket with a maximum of 50 teeth.
Featuring SHADOW + technology, the RD-M8130-SGS derailleur is protected from shocks and falls. To further increase its resistance, the derailleur is equipped with bumpers on the cage.
The extra clearance and improved chain stability on rough mountain terrain reduce chain slap and chain skipping. This preserves the drivetrain and makes it last longer, while excelling in smooth and decisive gear changes.

On e-bikes, the derailleur undergoes a lot of stress, shifting gears always under force, I've already broken 2. The XT pulleys are mounted on bearings, while the Deore has bushings.
