Trail Skins Air are built around the Pro-Shape 2.0 protection system, a process inspired by the geometry of materials found in nature which, following an impact or stress, expand simultaneously in all directions, thereby increasing the area of protective coverage.

The structure of the Pro-Shape 2.0 knee pads allows for maximum flexibility and adaptability to all knee movements. This protection absorbs 83% of the force of an impact without transferring it to the joint. Its surface is completely open across 55% of its area, ensuring optimal ventilation and heat exchange both on descents and ascents. The additional protection on the outer sides of the knee is designed to provide protection even in the event of a slide along the ground.

The stability of the knee pad, even during intense activity, is guaranteed by a very long, breathable sock on the thigh and by the practical elastic band at calf height.
