Alé Cycling ’s Solid Winter cycling shorts provide warmth and comfort. Their brushed thermal fabric means they can be worn all winter long. Their comfortable, ergonomic fit offers just the right amount of freedom of movement. The 4HF pad has a density of 90 kg/cm³ and is suitable for medium and long rides. It is made from a soft, supple microfibre fabric, allowing it to mould perfectly to the contours of your body. Reflective inserts have been added to the back of the calves to ensure greater visibility. These cycling shorts do not have a zip at the ankles.

Super product from the Ale brand. No feeling of cold even below 0. Fell during a ride with ice patches at the roundabout. The fabric didn't even tear. Super high-quality product for the price. (Translated review)

It's a bib short that is both simple and beautiful, with very good manufacturing quality. The anti-slip band at the ankle is very effective. But the rest is rather disappointing. I chose a size M (1.68 m for less than 59 kg) which should fit. Unfortunately, the inner padding seems poorly placed, too far back. Result: a feeling of discomfort in the crotch and an ugly painful mark during the last ride... Additionally, a poorly placed seam behind the knee is quite bothersome. Finally, the thermal comfort seems just okay, not as good as advertised. The fabric is quite thin and with 7° and headwind, you feel the draft at the top of the thighs. I don't think I can ride at 0° with these bib shorts, as I have done with all my other gear. (Translated review)

Very pleasant surprise discovering the Alé brand, these shorts are perfect for the winter season. Warm, comfortable, offer excellent support and a quality insert allowing for several hours in the saddle without discomfort. The only downside is that in case of heavy water projection, it tends to seep in gradually, as this model does not receive specific treatment like its big brother the KLIMATIK KLIMAWIND. To summarize, one of the best quality-price ratios for a warm (dry) winter! (Translated review)
