Poggio R180 portable compressor

A portable pump is very handy. And when you have the most powerful version on the market, you can set off on your ride with peace of mind. The Poggio R180 allows you to inflate a Presta or Schrader valve up to a pressure of 20 bar. You can adjust the pressure (precisely) in 0.05 bar increments. In short, if you set it to 7.55 bar, it will deliver that pressure precisely.

Its inflation nozzle is unique. With a quarter-turn, you can select the correct valve type and attach it to the valve. You simply start inflating to the set (saved) pressure. It takes around 40 seconds for a 700x25 tyre at 8 bar (starting from 0). You also get a battery life of 25 inflations if your battery is at 100%. You can recharge it either via a standard 220V socket or a 12V socket.

To reach the wheel, you have a reinforced hose of approximately 1.5 metres. This is standard when the hose needs to withstand 20 bar of pressure. An added bonus is the support system, which can hold your bike in place whilst inflating. And weighing just 5.3kg, this compressor will hold your bike securely.
