The Lazer Coyote MIPS helmet has been designed for mountain bikers seeking optimum protection. Thanks to its highly wraparound shape, it effectively protects the back and sides of the head. The In-Mould construction makes the helmet lighter whilst offering excellent protection. 1. The programme applies to the trade-in of all Lazer cycling helmets less than 3 years old (from the date of purchase).
2. The return will be processed upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt) or a production code.
3. The helmet must show visible damage following a fall or impact.
4. The retailer undertakes to destroy the helmet returned by the consumer.
5. The retailer will send a photograph of the damaged helmet, along with the receipt for the purchased helmet, to Shimano France at the email address contact-france@shimano-eu.com with the subject line: ‘ Lazer crash’.
6. Shimano France will then issue a credit note to the shop.
